Refund & cancellation policy

We want you to pay for CafeLawn only if it works for your cafe. That is why every paid plan starts with a free trial that needs no payment details.

Cancelling

• You can cancel a paid plan at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing rajshekhardas2001@gmail.com.
• After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then moves to the Free plan. Your data is kept.

Refunds

• First payment: if you are not happy, ask within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
• Monthly plans: after the first 7 days, monthly payments are not refunded, but you will not be charged again after cancelling.
• Yearly plans: if you cancel after the first 7 days, we refund the unused full months, minus the discount you received for paying yearly.
• Setup and onboarding are free, so there is never a setup fee to refund.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method or bank account within 7 working days of approval.
